Cohesive Integration of Behavior Support Within a Process of Data-Based Intervention Intensification
This project involves a related set of investigations that focus on the cohesive integration of support for academic engagement as a keystone behavior within a system of intervention intensification for students struggling in reading or math in 2nd and 3rd grades. A Sequential Multiple Assignment Randomized Trial (SMART) design will be used to evaluate whether self-regulation strategies, embedded within reading and math interventions, have positive effects on academic and behavioral skills.
